Full-Body Massage
Warm oil is gently massaged into the body using smooth, rhythmic strokes, covering everything from head to toe—including the feet. The massage typically lasts 30–35 minutes, allowing the oil to deeply penetrate the skin and tissues. -
Steam Therapy

Warm Water Bath
