Fasting Therapy

After doing quite a bit of research, I’ve come to appreciate the many benefits that fasting offers—not just for the body, but for the mind as well. Hydrotherapy

What is Hydrotherapy?

Hydrotherapy is a gentle and effective form of physiotherapy that uses water-based treatments to help with pain relief, healing, and rehabilitation. It typically involves immersing the body—or a specific part of it—in warm water, allowing therapy to begin earlier than traditional physiotherapy.

Mud Therapy – Nature’s Healing Touch

Mud, a remarkable gift from nature, has been forming for over 2000 years through the gradual decomposition of organic plant and animal matter. Rich in beneficial microorganisms, minerals, and nutrients, this natural substance offers powerful therapeutic benefits thanks to its biological, thermal, chemical, and mechanical properties.

Steam Bath Therapy

Saunas and steam baths have been used for centuries as powerful forms of heat therapy, known for promoting relaxation and supporting overall health. While both help the body in similar ways, they work a little differently:

  • Saunas use dry heat, typically reaching temperatures between 170–190°F, creating a warm, dry environment.

  • Steam baths use moist heat, with a lower temperature range of 100–120°F, but much higher humidity, creating a steamy, humid experience.
